Niwot Loop Trail

Niwot Loop Trail

I found the Niwot Look Trail by accident. Last week, I was driving along Mineral Road on my way to Boulder and the evening light was so beautiful that I pulled off on side road so I could stop and take a picture. The side road I pulled off on was 79th Street and it so happens that right there, after turning from Mineral Road onto 79th Street, sits the Niwot Loop Trailhead.

Chartwell
Chartwell
I’ve been wanting to visit Chartwell for several years but the timing has always been a challenge. Last February, for instance, we got all geared-up to make the trip to Kent only to discover at the last minute that the house was closed for the winter.
