Mendenhall Glacier

After Tracy Arm Fjoryd, our next stop on our cruise was Juneau. While in Juneau, where took a helicopter tour to Mendenhall Glacier.

After lunch, we stroll along Front Street past a cacophonus jumble of souvenir shops, t-shirt stands, art galleries, and surf-wear proprietors. My eye catches a few random storefronts—Rip Curl Surf Center, Whalers General Store, Billabong, Wyland Galleries.

Today, we visited The Lizard, the most southerly point of the British mainland. The weather continued to be unpredictable but for several hours the cloud cover broke and we enjoyed stunning blue skies.

After weeks of working long hours and weekends, we decided to try and take a short break. I took the day off and we hopped in the car and drove to Warwick Castle.
